What it involves

Your esthetician reads the skin under magnification before choosing anything, then cleanses in two passes and lifts dead surface cells with a fruit-enzyme resurfacer rather than a harsh acid. Extractions are done only where the skin allows, followed by a sculpting massage and a botanical mask blended on the day.

Who it suits

Congested, dull or reactive skin, and anyone who has been over-exfoliating at home and lost their barrier. It is gentle enough for first-timers and for skin that flares easily with new products.

Aftercare

Leave makeup off for the rest of the day and keep the routine simple for forty-eight hours — cleanse, hydrate, protect. We will write down the two or three products actually worth changing, rather than sending you home with a shelf.
